These terms cover the {{name}} website, web app and Android app, and the software on {{name}} LED panels. They're written to be read. If something isn't clear, ask us.

These terms

{{name}} is run by {{company}} ("we", "us"). By using {{name}} you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy. If you don't agree, please don't use it.

The service

{{name}} shows live scores, standings, stock prices, headlines, flight positions and similar information on a scrolling ticker, in a browser and on {{name}} LED panels. We improve it all the time, so features may change, and panels update their own software automatically.

Your account

• Accounts are by invitation while {{name}} is in testing. You need to be at least 13 to have one.
• Keep your password to yourself. You're responsible for what happens under your account.
• A phone widget link works like a password for reading your ticker, so share it only with people you trust.
• You can delete your account at any time under Settings → Account.

Panels and other hardware

If you bought a {{name}} panel, the terms of that purchase, including any warranty, are separate from these terms. These terms cover the software a panel runs and the service it connects to.

Data from other sources

The scores, prices, headlines and flight positions {{name}} shows come from third parties. They can be late, incomplete or wrong, and a source can stop being available. Don't rely on {{name}} for betting, trading, navigation or anything else where accuracy or timing matters. Stock prices may be delayed and are not investment advice.

Leagues, teams and trademarks

{{name}} is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any league, team, player, broadcaster, stock exchange, airline or data provider. Their names, logos and marks belong to their owners and appear only to identify what you're looking at.

If you own a mark and would rather it didn't appear, we'll take it down — that page also explains why logos are shown and how quickly one can be removed.

Acceptable use

Please don't:

• try to get into accounts, panels or systems that aren't yours;
• overload, probe or interfere with the service, or scrape it;
• use {{name}} to break the law or anyone's rights;
• resell or redistribute the data {{name}} shows.

We may suspend an account that does these things.

Availability and changes

We work to keep {{name}} running, but we can't promise it will always be available or work without errors. We may change or stop features, and if we ever shut {{name}} down, we'll give you notice first.

Ending your use

You can stop using {{name}} and delete your account whenever you like. We may close an account that breaks these terms, and will tell you why unless the law or security stops us.

Disclaimers

{{name}} is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from {{name}}. Our total liability for any claim about the service is limited to the amount you paid us for it in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits a liability that the law doesn't allow us to limit.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of {{governingLaw}}, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and any dispute will be heard in the courts there, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring it somewhere else.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we'll update this page and the date at the top, and tell you in {{name}} before a significant change takes effect. Using {{name}} after that means you accept the new terms.
